Delhi University has launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal today for undergraduate admissions of academic year 2022-23. Interested candidate can register on the official website- admission.uod.ac.in.
The candidates must select the Programs for admission and can apply through log-in credentials and documents. The CUET score will be require on the second of the admission process.
“We will keep the admission portal open for 21 days. The portal will close by October 3 evening. We will start our counselling after that, “said a senior official.
After registering on the website, candidates have to fill all the required personal and educational details, upload marksheets, photograph, signature and pay the registration fees and submit the form. First time this year, Delhi university will admit on the basis of Common Entrance University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG. According to the University Grants Commission (UGC) chairperson M Jagadesh Kumar, Entrance test results are expect by September 15.
The trails for ECA and sports quota students are likely to be held after October 10 and classes and classes for the student most likely start from November 1.
While choosing the universities in the CUET form, as many as 6,14,000 students showed as interest in applying to the Delhi University. This is a big jump from previous years’ numbers,’ the VC said.
