CBSE Exam Updates

Right now, we are living in a very unpredictable world where you never know how tricky the next turn might be. This pandemic brought us so many questions that we are still trying to answer, like- “Will this pandemic ever be over?” or “How long will this online thing go on for?” or ‘What will be the outcome of the board exams and how will they be conducted?” But in the world of the internet, it is not that difficult to find answers to some questions. One of the answers or more like solutions is been continuously given to us by the Central Board of Secondary Education in regards to its std 10th and 12th board exams. Some of those are given below:

  • CBSE launches “DADS” Portal for students to get Duplicate Academic Documents

The Central Board of Secondary Education has launched the “DADS” portal, (which is by not no way related to our fathers) to help students to get their duplicate academics records.

The Duplicate Academic Document System (DADS) helps candidates with duplicate copies of their academic documents that are either lost or mutilated. Students can easily have an access to them by logging in on the CBSE website (www.cbse.nic.in) and applying on the link for further procedures. The Regional Office will then get you the receipt, print the academic documents, and dispatch them to the students via post.

  • Education Minister Addresses the students of CBSE class 10th and 12th.

In other news, our Education Minister ie Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal (for those who don’t know) interacted and addressed the students on Friday, 25/06/2021, and shared a special message for CBSE Board Exam 2021 students.

He said that students who are dissatisfied with their 10th and 12th results can appear for physical exams that would be likely conducted in August if the situation is conducive.

CBSE also filed an additional agenda before the SC (Supreme Court) this week, in which it said that the class 12 board exams will be held tentatively between August 15th – September 15th. Exams would be conducted by the board only for the main subjects, “as and when conditions are conducive for holding the examinations”, it said.

  • CBSE sets up Help-Desk for assisting schools in preparing class X and XII results.

On the 23rd of June of this year, the Central Board of Secondary Education said that it will be setting a help-desk which is exclusive to help schools/result committee in result tabulation and it will work only on working days from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

“This help-desk will resolve the queries related to the tabulation policy for both classes X and XII”, said Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations.

“Schools are requested to enter in brief discussion when sharing their issue with the help-desk official. Accordingly, prior homework on their part will help CBSE to effectively respond to the schools.” said the statement.
